  2. The following is a Amiga version (Workbench 2.0 required) of the Unix
  3. utility with the same name. Touch changes the date and time stamp of all
  4. specified files to the current date and time.  If you specify a file and it
  5. does not exist, touch will create create it for you (unless you specify the
  6. NOCREATE flag).  Workbench 2.0 wildcards are supported. Usage:

  8.    touch FILE/M/A,NOCREATE=-V/S
